My furthest is .35 miles from the school and when I first fixed it up and put it to market to the kids I was nerveous it was too far.They also like houses that allow or suit college behavior.

To the southeast you are closer to Darby/West Philly, which has its tough areas.

@Miles McClure  I've had previous renters call me and ask if I had anything in El Dorado, Wynnewood, Hutchinson, etc.

I'd find low mile trucks that were beat up, I'd have the interior redone, fix every mechanical issue, give it a brand new paint job, and flip it.
