Still working on the landscaping part.

We put about 50,000 in renovating the landscaping, exterior, and interiors of the units.

But I wouldn’t start with a total fixer up, maybe something where you could do some flooring, painting, and get some upgrades to light fixtures if you or your wife has an eye for that and some landscaping.

Large open lot with mature landscaping and a gentle slope to Lake Norman. 100' pier leading out to a covered dock with room to relax before jumping on your boat for a sunset cruise on the lake.

That doesn't include the cement parking lot and landscaping, which will run $10K to $15K.

 I have a landscaping company that is registered as an LLC.

I guess if I was running one of those funds I would go heavy on landscaping and commerical yard maintenance to at least keep the yards looking good.. 

I’ve gotten handier as time has rolled by and certainly do as much as I can myself, painting, flooring, landscaping, but I also have a great contractor that I assist with everything.
