I live in the Inland Empire here in SoCal where the typical property is too expensive to get a really good return. 

I'm a home inspector from Northwest Montana and joined BP from a suggestion by a family friend.  

We have been pushing rents up for the past 2 years but there's a limit to that as the typical job just won't support it at some point.As far as colleges are concerned, there are 4 here Berry College, Shorter University, Georgia Highlands and Georgia Northwest Technical College but they don't really dominate the town.
