I have not personally worked with them but in my initial discussions with them I had a great experience with Park National Bank in downtown Newark OH. 

We are contemplating hiring Evolve for only 3 months to help us with the initial startup phase (housekeeper and maintenance contacts, setting up the rental description, photos, initial rates, etc etc) until we get our feet wet.

I was given an initial maintenance figure and I feel like it should not be as high as the number they gave me.

Also know if you do use Section 8 it can take several months to get paid initially.

@Mike Gerson in NC you as the landlord can initiate a landlord assistance request through the HOPE program.

Is it based on your initial investment ?

The initial Sales lead who started the loan called me back and apologized for their mistake and said there was nothing he could change stating the property was not documented correctly when he took the property information. 

So, in one aspect, you could use your VA loan to purchase the home with 0% down, reducing your initial costs.  

Initially, I only participated that the rehab would be cosmetic and will cost about 20k to fix.
