The warehouse I dealt with used to be a metallurgy factory that had a potential of seeping metals into the ground, luckily the owner got an exemption from having to dig up acres of concrete to see if it was going anywhere dangerous, it also helped that he upgraded his building to be as green as possible.

I needed to read another author's viewpoint about REI that is not affiliated with the Rich Dad Company.I hoped on amazon once I finished Ken Mcelorys ABCs of REI and found the BRRRR book by The David Greene.

So I amazon-ed "real estate investing books" and David Greene's book on BRRRR investing came up. i looked at the one star reviews first and i didn't see anything about the book being inaccurate, out of date, or misleading so i bought the e-book and found BP.

@Dons MarkIt is very important to know the local market where you want to invest.I personally have rentals, in Houston, Spring and Conroe.These areas tend to command quality tenants and they have great schools.You can start by getting in touch with local investors and agents.Also read this book by David M Greene Long-Distance Real Estate Investing: How to Buy, Rehab, and Manage Out-of-State Rental Properties All the best!
