Same as @John Underwood @Madheshwaran R..Usually it is to check if they are interested in bookings that I couldn't meet due to either no availability or the rare occasion when and AirBNB and VRBO booking for the same dates at the same time.

I am interested in using private money lending to make it happen.

what type of properties are you interested in purchasing?

Despite my observations, many place such great emphasis on networking with wholesalers as if they are the golden ticket to success.

I got interested in real estate investing last year and since then have read several of the BP published books on real estate.I still have a lot of unanswered questions floating in my head but my goal is to buy my first property and some point next year. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
