I like to work with people on my team who are fellow investors (real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, CPAs, etc).

This is why building your team is so important.

So I said ok I will cash it out this week and give you 2k. they accepted I bought the house tore it down and resold the new construction at 750k.. .and made a quite nice pay day for our team.

My team does between 50 and 70 transactions a year most every year. 

I recently started acquiring properties in the Cumberland County area and am working to grow my support team.

I would recommend getting a better team in place which includes a lawyer.

You just need the right team.
