I'll chime in.... this strategy isn't investing, it's gambling. 

The closest I got to day trading was I signed up and followed a guy on the "Marketfy" platform.

I will suggest you drop the price to $1550.Advertise on any free platforms, Put a For Rent sign in the yard as this will attract people, family, and friends that are already in the area looking to move to a new house.Thank you.

I currently have both on short term rental platforms and have been doing reasonably well the past 5 years.  

@Cody Stuck Cozy is popular here but there are a number of other platforms out there that are worth checking out (Innago being just one of them - Avail and Tenant Cloud are also popular).Cozy is good but fairly limited.

BP and local meet ups definitely will give you the platform to achieve that.
