Hi Everyone -I am in the middle of my first flip and I am trying to determine what to do with the fireplace area - if getting an electric fireplace is worth the investmentRight now, it is a non-functioning wood burning fire place.  

That functionality may be in QBO also, but our setup was pretty seamlesss... 

From what I've read the landlord is responsible for maintaining a functioning, locking, mailbox in a multi-unit non-rural complex and so - what is the tenant's relief & remedy should the box fail to lock? 

Any recommendations for an answering service with agents who can have a high-quality conversation with callers, rather than just following a script?

Christopher,The PMI (I think it's MIP for FHA paper) is a function of downpayment.

It has a lot of functionality but is limited in that you have to pay a subscription per county.

I'm running Safari 10.1.2 and I cannot get the search feature to work.  I click the search, type in, and hit enter and nothing happens.  

Wholesaling is effectively a function of matchmaking, so the better you know both sides of the equation (the seller, their needs, wants, etc and the buyer (their needs, wants, etc.) the better off you will be.  

Make use of the search function if you want to search the forums for what is already available.

If you plan on living there I would clean and paint one bedroom, one bathroom and make the kitchen functional and you are ready to move in.
