Locate the REI clubs in DFW and attend their meetings to network with the wholesalers and flippers.Creat a simple contract that says they owe you a finders fee (set amount) for every lead they close on.Personally I would get them under contract myself and wholesale them for full value but,if you don't have the time or desire to meet and negotiate with the distressed sellers,then bird dog for others that do.
