I love the idea of putting out a collaborative ebook, and would certainly think that a link to the website of all contributors would be more than fair.With tools like Google Docs, we could essentially build a truly collaborative document (almost wiki-like) that does what Tim suggests.

If I am walking the home, just as a quick glance I look at the ceilings for any signs of leaks, under all of the cabinets for sign's of leaks, I really 'feel' the floors when I walk for them to bounce, I pull back skirting and look under the home for signs of leaks or other problems.

Here is how it would work: You have a Bof A short sale and can not get the 30 day removed, you have the A to B contract locked up and you already have an end buyer (B to C contract in place), I see all the docs including the short sale approval letter, the title company info(I can provide if you don't have one) and the end buyers funding approval (if not all cash).

They can't fix what they don't know about; think of BP as "landlord" and users as "tenants", and those of you who have complained about tenants not reporting problems should be able to understand this (like the roof leak that turns into a collapsed ceiling).Josh might be a bit overwhelmed if that really happens, but if it leads to improvements ...

It is currently owner occupied but he is trying to refi as an investment property with his daughter and wife on the loan (They are both on the deed), going Full doc with both of there credit scores 700+, income both 100k a year.
