I am a fresher working in a service providing company which deals in proving service and solutions in marketing, promotions, consulting, digital enterprise, IT services, enterprise solution, corporate training, engineering and industrial services. 

Since we like lists, how about one for the top and/or most interesting news stories for 2015 that effect (or dont) real estate investing?  

I should also point out that dumb contractors were the second leading cause, but that is a story for another topic.The good news is, after you get additional experience, you will be able to find much cheaper private money or will have sufficient capital to just do it on your own without any concerns.

I see lots of folks showing up at auctions holding the news paper so either way works..And if you don't want to pay for a newspaper ... then you hop in the car and go to the court house and Pull the NOD's  some court houses are friendlier than others with access to their data

By mid year 2016, I should have 12K saved up to put down on a buy and hold investment.My longterm goal is to have 8-10 MF buildings producing over 20K in gross rent over the next 5 years.I've also been reading info by @Brie Schmidt, and the news I read is great.

(It's hard to figure out if somebody said "D" or "T", or "P" or "B", over the phone.)If you decide you need more than about three or four digits, try separating it into a couple of pieces with a dash, like 12-345 or 123-456. 

The murdering part is that some ask for points and a double digit percent pushing the percentage even higher and most want you to start collecting the very next month on the Loan.. that's almost impossible for the Hard you have put in to finding the perfect deal...

I am more surprised by the viability of a business that relies on people tuning in to hear bad news 95% of the time.

I have an aggressive cash buyer with criteria.  Hoping to partner on a deal.
