The strangest story is that 4 days after closing on one of the homes the neighbors told me that a 14 year old boy had stabbed his grandma to death and stuffed her into a gravity fed furnace in the home, he was later killed by another family memberWell, when the new tenant moved in she had been there a week and I was chattting with her about how every thing was going, and she said "Well great but the house is haunted".

I was just commenting on how the media doesn't portray every death here in the US as it does in IRAQ, just pointing to a media bias.Just as with these elections, there is a strong media bias.

What about any renovations that need to be done to get the home to saleable quality...you can always get bids from contractors, inspectors etc..your goal is to make the home look like a bad deal for anybody, especially for the previous homeowners who will lose money in the long run if they foreclose on the home (or at least you want them to think so)If they ask you why you want the home so bad...just tell them that it fits your criteria...size, bed/bad etc...Hope that helps.
