You absolutely do not need a real estate license to get into investing - although, it is handy to be well-versed in real estate practices and to have access to your states real estate database so you can immediately see newly listed properties; not to mention you can also run your own comps.

Not disagreeing with that but I find that the best way to grow your business is by looking at 'leads' a little differently.By focusing on relationships aka connections, conversations, contacts (whatever you want to call them), you will effectively grow your database of people who will use you sometime in the future.

The general consensus is that people are outraged, although I think many people (myself included) don't fully understand the dynamics of the measure.This line makes it seems pretty clear that borrowers with 'good' credit scores will be penalized after this goes into effect on May 1st:A new federal rule enforced by the Biden administration will make it so that people looking to buy a home with a credit score of 680 or higher will have to pay about $40 per month more than people with worse credit when taking out a home loan of $400,000, the report said.

Hi , I'm new here, i'm french  and i need some advices regarding liability insurances : I'm just about to buy a property  near Birmingham Al (closing next week ) to rent and i would like to protect myself as much as possible regarding liability . at the very beginning I just wanted to buy the property on my name and to take a good umbrella insurance , it's easier and I'm not so keen on administrative stuffes espeacially if not needed ... but I discover that no companies will sell me an umbrella because i'm a non resident alien (and because I don't have a car insurance in the US) .
