The question of traditional or non-traditional investment options didn't even cross my mind (LOL).

Cross your fingers that we don't find any more issues that we didn't know about. 

I was wondering what the market is like and if someone has a map of the area that would cross-off/outline the areas where one wouldn't want to invest in?

My guess: they KNOW that the temptation to cross the ethical line will be too great, and happen too often, for them to be able to keep track of!
