If you don't mind me asking-are there specific sites or sources you've found for finding places in Montana?

Something that I want to make clear is real estate isn't my main source of income so I'm not as cash flow driven as a real estate only investor.

When I pull up your address the first photo I see is the front of the house, which, in my opinion, doesn't do the inside justice, and that is the first photo that is going to be critiqued and ultimately the critical "first impression" by potential buyers.

We meet every Wednesday to discuss education, trends and sourcing inventory/money.  

As long as you're purchasing 5+ units and use an LLC or trust to buy, you don't need to worry about your source of funds.

Seems like a number of people here do so I'm curious when did real estate investing become your main source of income?

If not, there may be private money sources that can work for you.  

I cannot find the lot anywhere online because most sources (property appeaser, zillow, etc) just list the park.  

I would suggest finding a list from list source and narrowing down to 3/2s  (or whatever it is you want to focus on).
