Will there be a problem with running a credit/criminal background check on all applicants over 18 years old at a cost of $35 to each applicant?

Rec room especially looks junkie - no offense I know how it is having kids.

However, if you screen them for criminal background checks, I haven’t had much trouble.

I have found my best deals off-market, typically marketed wrong with no agent involved, surely that doesn’t mean there aren’t deals on the MLS, but the ones that changed my life were actually found on Craigslist.I meant no offense and I still feel it is important to look everywhere for a great deal.As an agent, how would you handle a no money down deal with your client?  

So criminal 1 might attack your credit card accounts, criminal 2 might try to sell your real estate to other people, criminal 3 might try to hack your investment accounts, criminal 4 might hack your bank accounts, and criminal 5 hacks your email and changes your passwords. 

Those are likely ones with evictions, criminal history, etc.. but they are people and might come with section 8!

For example, I require applicants to provide a social security number so I can process a credit/criminal background check.

Fines from EPA, Fair Housing, FCRA, OSHA and other agencies can run very high, even for first offenses.

I'm sorry that you find it offensive that I have to live in the real world like a common deplorable, having to bust it and make every move count.
