I've never had any luck with o-zone.

My analysis - Market Rent - I spoke with a property manager in the area on a few other properties, used the BP rent estimator, Rent-o-meter, Facebook, Craigslist, another PM website (Sunnon Property Management - they have an online estimator), and some calling to other facilities to arrive at my projections: $740 ish per month was right at the mid-high end of rent expectation. 

It costs a fair amount of money to stay in business as a realtor...association dues, MLS dues, key card dues, office fees, E&O insurance, continuing education classes, license fees, and plenty more....so it is a active profession to me....not a passive one.   

It is a 3/3 with 1.5/1.5 bath that Rent-O-Meter priced at average/median rent at $1800/1600 respectively.

I think the biggest mistake some families/ homeowners have made over the past 12-18 months is buying a home w/o contingencies or not even an inspection.

Which one of these issues (i.e. asbestos siding, pipe insulation, flat roof w/o scuppers, buildings too close) were you aware of at closing?
