The deal I bought for $280,000 and held for three years and finally sold for a $82,000 LOSS I’ve only mentioned once.I don’t know your age or background, so this may not apply to you; However I noticed than people under 30 believe everything can be done on line while sitting on their lounge chair.

You could also find a partner to go in it with and since you are doing the leg work they come in for a 70/30 split asd they out up the 20%.
