Then we negotiate, and I will ask for wording to be changed, and I will still say no to some requests - because some home inspectors get a bug up their butts and become ridiculous, most not as much, but the thing is I can say it meets code and I already have the certificate of occupancy to prove it.

Get in business and then start plugging the wholes as you find it necessary.
