I'm new to REI and i want to start with Wholesaling to generate cash and then transition into flipping and then eventually implement the BRRRR strategy on sf, multi-family and commercial properties. Is it advisable to create an LLC now or should i create one after i get a couple wholesale deals done?

@Account Closed Absolutely and I am in contact with a couple right now and setting up meetings. If an agent knows that I would use them to close they would be more than happy to do it for free im sure because of their commission and future value in working together. My question was geared more towards determining as-is value and repair costs.
