I have selected the "show my contact info only to my collegues" block under My Contacts, Privacy.When I click on "Show profile as others see it" it shows no phone number.

Do real estate investors and agents have free access to this data in most cases or is there a fee?

It is absolutely huge and stretched out (as opposed to being in a U shape) would easily take up half a block.

Might not be the sort of job you want to do your self, but if you have access to the underside of the floor you can at least see what's going on.

I can retrieve the message through my cell phone by calling the service, or I can access it via the website, which stores them, and yuou can play the message right on your computer.

The best I've done thus far was a 3 BR 1 Ba 1400 Sq ft SFA - middle of row in decent condition....for $22K...not war zone - this block is actually pretty decent - but two blocks down...no comment....but we're only getting $550 rent - section 8 around here is tough - very stringent regulators....

Section 8 tenants could loose their access to their funding (at least in Tx during our ownership interval) if they caused problems, we had very little trouble.
