I skip a listed checklist item.I did this instead created a key plan page, and a page for each room in the house, we all walked each room, and they have the chance to make notes or leave the page blank, each page is initialed by each member.

It's just a quirk of the Florida realtors lease (since it was designed for real estate agents to full in the blanks).You might consider having an attorney prepare the new lease, especially if you want to make some revisions and customizations.

Throughout my career, I had two occasions where the tenants actually paid the full cancellation fee, moved out and turn over the property clean, and got their security deposit back.

Get a realtor to give you a blank copy of the state approved purchase and sale agreement.And then get a well known local wholesaler to send you a copy of an assignment addendum..Boom!

If it's for inspections, they can give you a blank checklist.

A blank form will get you in trouble, IMO!
