It is not our home to upkeep in that manner.When you showed us the rental, and upon move in on more than one occasion, I (Julia) spoke to you both about the weather stripping needed for some of the older windows and both the front & back door.

I skip a listed checklist item.I did this instead created a key plan page, and a page for each room in the house, we all walked each room, and they have the chance to make notes or leave the page blank, each page is initialed by each member.

It's just a quirk of the Florida realtors lease (since it was designed for real estate agents to full in the blanks).You might consider having an attorney prepare the new lease, especially if you want to make some revisions and customizations.

Get a realtor to give you a blank copy of the state approved purchase and sale agreement.And then get a well known local wholesaler to send you a copy of an assignment addendum..Boom!
