section 8 rule book question

Just wanted where did you get a copy of your local sec 8 rule book? I called the local HUD office to see if I could get one and they said they didn't have any (made it sound like one didn't exist). I've never had a major problem with inspections but figured it would be smart to look through it so I can cut down on the small nick-knack re-inspections.
