a 3/2 single wide can cost barely nothing yet can rent for a comparable 3/2 stick built in many areas.

If the the imperfections are just on the bottom of the tub. a rubber mat siliconed to the tub might solve the problem and add some non-skid safety factor....ETA: Is that tile really pink.?...
