What is a good phone service/software to use for my wholesaling business.

I would like a fully functioning software that does most, if not all of the things we need. 

I am looking for a strong software program that can provide accurate phone number and emails for specific properties.

They also gave me the tools to automate my saving, budgeting and bill paying.

@Brady HladIt may be helpful to have a separate bank account just for business related activities.If you have a few amount of properties - Excel is a great way to organize your income/expenses.If you have more than a couple properties - you may want to consider using an accounting software like quickbooks or stessa.

I am also a full-time software engineer and love building software.
