Gathering accurate contact information

I am looking for a strong software program that can provide accurate phone number and emails for specific properties. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am currently working with a virtual assistant who pulls information from various cites but we are finding that the information provided is not very accurate. If you have something thats working for you, please provide me with the name and price. Thanks in advance!
