Hi, I'm trying to see if there is a method or tip for finding burned out land lords?  

Even when we find deals by another method they are often vacant. 

I know what to do, but my business is moving slow right now because I am using the method of buying distressed properties for cash, renovating and doing cash out re-fi which, as discussed in many post lately, requires that I wait 6 months for the refi.

As a carpenter myself, this method is ingenious and easy. 

Maybe throw a little into Apple or the like to see a big jump for giggles if you want, but stick to the KISS method.
