It doesn't seem to get much press for whatever reason like when Texas led in job growth around 2010.If anything, what I see in my area is concerns about gentrification and rising rental and housing costs and local tech companies like Snapchat taking up so much office space that they are pushing office vacancy down so low there is little room for anyone else to expand.
