I've been trying to find deals in NJ by looking at tenant evictions. I tried looking through the court website. But the court website doesn't allow you to search in that way. Does anyone know of a solution?

@Jordan Moorhead is right that real estate agent school doesn't teach about investing. 

I currently reside in New Jersey and realized because of the market being so high, I’m unable to find good deals.
