I may be using  the wrong term here but i would like to protect myself from a fellow investor from competing against me on the same property before I share specifics on what I have researched and discovered.

BP friends, Forgive my ignorance on bank financing and how financial institutions calculate debt to income but I am seeking a few answers.

@Joe Crupi I'm personally not there yet, however the commercial side of things in that area are going to be more for your institutional and experienced buyers that all they do is real estate.
