Tenant died in property, insurance company not covering anything

Hello there.  First time to post on here.  Hoping to get some advice on a pretty grim situation.

I recently had a tenant die in a rental property(mobile home).  He wasn't discovered for several weeks and consequently, the property is pretty much a horror scene.  I don't want to get too much into all of the gruesome details, but we've been told by a biohazard clean up company that the property is basically unrecoverable and a total loss  We've discussed the details with our insurance company and they are stating that they won't cover anything.

I'm really at a loss at what to do next.  The mobile home was not new by any means, but did provide a nice rental income for 10+ years.  I've not had anything like this happen before, so I'm not sure what my options are at this point.  The mobile home is grandfathered on the lot, so I can't replace with something similar.  Not sure if there's any thing else I can do with the insurance company.  Any suggestions/thoughts are greatly appreciated.
