I think LLCs are over rated unless you have to hold the property in one for financing like most DSCR lenders will require.

I would like to buy SFH (haven't really looked into anything else) that I could see myself living in down the road --unlikely to happen in the next 15 years.

Allstate says no to any trampolines at any of my Vegas properties.
