@Elijah Brown congrats, love your story man - I also closed on my first deal while out in the field for IBOLC at Fort Benning last summer - can definitely relate to the excitement of sneaking a cell phone check to find out you are now officially a real estate investor!

If I caught someone destroying a nest, or using fatal trapping devices, they'd get an eviction notice, and be out!

Honestly they have been super helpful, my electrician has cell numbers for the inspectors and the supervisor to discuss options as we need to address them.

ISpeed want's recording's of calls, which is very difficult to accomplish when, as in this case, I purchased the lead while in the field from my cell phone.
