Can you recommend a lender?

Hey. can anyone recommend a good lender for a conventional loan in Illinois? I am an out of state investor and any help on this would be great!

Illinois is a big state. Believe it or not there are investors who do not live in or near Chicago. Can you be more specific about WHERE in Illinois you wish to get a loan.

And, no, I don't just recommend him because he's my brother. :) I recommend and use him for all of my own investment/retail deals (and recommend him to clients if they need a good broker) because he always aims to beat the other company's rate and he's lightning fast at closing deals when you need it (and super responsive).
