@Mary Ainsworth - Not sure what state you are offering on, however most states allow you an inspection period to walk it prior to deciding to move forward.

Adding the fake grass allows guests to use every square inch of our property and people love that they can continue there beach trip by feeling like they are walking on grass.Its obviously going to vary by area, location etc etc, for us it was the best 12k we ever spent from the look, guest experience and overall dollar for dollar its been great.

Most states allow for what are called "'Occupancy checks" Of course you should verify this and then post a Notice on the door stating something similar to the following:"PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ON ------- 2024, THE OWNER OR THE OWNER'S AGENT WILL CONDUCT AN OCCUPANCY CHECK TO DETERMINE IF THE DWELLING IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED OR VACANT.
