The spring is dead, only a few guests here and there (mid April till the beginning of June) From June-September or even October depending on weather, we have a lot of guests that come for the mountain biking, vacation or weddings, or bachelor parties.

They never required me to sign an exclusive agreement because they knew their phone would ring if I found a listing myself, as I value their time and expertise.  

My broker lives there and works commercial on near daily basis if you want to give him a ring just drop me a private message.

What if you have one tenant who works 3rd shift and someones dog is barking during the day because a doorbell rings or something else gets them stirred up.  

I currently use Ring Central which allows me to get a local and 1800 number using voip so I don't have to pay for international calls but I'm not happy with their service.

Almost any card will make the phone ring.
