I'm new to the site and forum.

does anyone have a way to find a property owners telephone number? I have address and can get them easily however I don't have a good place that can give me a number any suggestions?

A standard width for a well laid out floor plan of a typical town home is 24' to 30' which means you should be able to get 3 units on the site, you have to allow for an access drive to the rear parking/garage area.

However, I just received notice today from my current screening agency (landlord2landlord.com) that I will no longer be able to pull credit reports with out having someone from their office come out to do an "on-site inspection" of my "property management office" to ensure that if it is in a residential location, it is secure and separate from my living area.As you can imagine, I do not have an entire (locked) room of my house devoted solely to managing my (one) rental unit (although I am of course careful with storing confidential information, as any responsible landlord would be).

Excuse a newbie to this site, but I live in one of those states (New Mexico) and if the goal is to rehab, refi, and obtain cashflow until the market changes, then this state can be a place to do that well.In Abundance,Jim
