Howdy ya'll, I'm not sure what to do about the stucco the previous owner put on all the walls (yes, interior walls and yes, all the walls).

I don't want to start on my own, go on the wrong path and waste time and money.

If we can take out a wall in the kitchen to open it up, how much does that usually cost with inspections for it and everything?

It is basically adding a wall with some electrical outlets so my guess is we need electrical permit?

Hi I really need help on this, I have a C class rental, we need to replace the shower and the size is very unique, then there has to be tile on the wall and floor.Any recommendation for the type/color of tiles on the shower wall and shower floor?

Or they may just tell you there’s no chance so you don’t waste your time. 

Walls are going to have to come out.
