Let me start by stating I find truths in both the Dave Ramsey camp, and the pull out as much as you can via leverage camp. 

There are many maintenance troubleshooting guides available online to make sure your maintenance team can do as much as possible to resolve or temporarily resolve issues via verbal instruction.

If some banks do not allow restructuring, the firms can take advantage of the liquidity provided by the Fed via their announcement that they would buy assets.

I just wanted to let you know that if your tenants pay via ACH / eCheck, it is only an additional $2 per transaction for them.
