We have our team in place, who bring a lot of experience to the table.

It may cost a bit more up front but you'll get a lot more engagement due to the mailer's uniqueness.

As well as having resources for agents when faced in unique situations.

I'd rather fine unique locations that are under the radar and where properties just sit for months with no attention.

I would assume the core principles of house hacking are the same everywhere, but Manhattan seems like such a unique area because everything is in such high demand.

The meeting would retain the same date and time as NMREIA (Wednesday January 20)  Doors at 6 PM, Speaker from 6:30-7:30 PM and a round table and haves and wants from 7:30 to 8 PM. 

People who are over-leveraged are often hell-bent on finding the next deal or getting to the closing table so that they can keep money coming in the door.  

If you are a new agent or experienced agent, what can you bring to the table?

I only know that Texas RE law is one of the strangest I have ever dealt with and that the above law firm was the one my company trusted to make sure we did not cross one of the very unique laws in Texas.
