@John Mocker the board just had a meeting, the president went forward with having Servpro to dry out the units (4 total) and told the owners the association would pay to have the engineered laminate flooring replaced.

You can reduce your down payment by either negotiating a lower purchase price, by increasing the size of your loan (although this can sometimes trigger even larger closing cost requirements) or by receiving gift funds from a relative.

:) It can go on one of the "general" lighting and receptacle circuits.Modern practice would probably be to put the dishwasher (if equipped) on its own 15-amp circuit - the heater pulls a lot of juice in the dry cycle - and the DIsposall (if equipped) on its own 15-amp circuit.
