There are so many that we've seen on the market in this beautiful little town and they have been for awhile.

If you ever do get to town, the Utah Valley REIA is great.

My house shows up as half of what I paid for it since half the lot is in one town and the other half is in another. 

Some of the other spaces I have seen around town charge by the hour and another does monthly rates.

That must be an interesting town if zoning for this in not an issue!  

After ramping up excitement with each new article "best small town" "best place for foodies" and so on.

From what I gathered on the town  website it sounded like it was what the town though the property would sell for.Plymouth Property Values

Maybe you could do the activities like out of state wholesalers do, but in your own town.
