need advice

Hello! I'm Married with 8 children age 10 and under! We moved to central Oregon 2 years ago for a Job that went under due to company losing business; since the loss of my job we found a fifth wheel which we lived in for 8 month until a fire which took the rest of what we did own. We've moved to 2 different hotels and 1 motel which we are in at this present time. We've put application in to the few rentals we have found but the fees are getting outrageous and we are really looking for a house to call our own, that our kids can grow up in. There are so many that we've seen on the market in this beautiful little town and they have been for awhile. We are interested in knowing more not only for our families sake but to also learn about how to flip houses for income and maybe turn this little town around for the better.
