In a rising interest rate environment, you may be committing financial suicide. 

I hate to break your bubble, but Article 134, Paragraph 60 (Debt, dishonorably failing to pay) does give the commander authority to "command" military personnel under their authority to fulfill their financial commitments. 

As a solo agent, I was 100% committed to the clients and didn't think anything could be outsourced to anyone.

I have been spending a fair amount of time calling people, having lunches, and sending emails to get some level of commitment from this group.

Hi Cara,I am a list brokerI can get you any leads you need. minimum order is 2500 tho. so if you don;t have enough you might have to find other investors that wants to order and i can combine the list order in any area.

I did this several years ago with a multi-member LLC, where one member took out a D-T with the expectation he could later sell (after some 12+ months of seasoning) to a note broker/buyer.

He is a bit of a grump at times and I don’t agree with everything he writes, but he is certainly an expert in the field and will steer you clear of the usual guru crap that most people fill their brains with when they first get started.
