Found this site and thought I would say hi.

My step-father talked me into working with him. After he sold he place, he really wanted to something with the money other then throwing it in the bank and making nothing on it.

We both have been in sales and think we are fortunate to be able to come in the game with a good chunk of change. We both have been making offers on REO's within our area (just waiting to hear back on some of them).

Just want to say hi and have already got a ton of info off this site (reading threads for the past 2 hours).
