Short-term, I'd love to learn how to flip homes to gain capital to supplement my long-term goals which is to invest in apartment buildings.

My aim is to be a decent human being first, and allow financial gain to be the byproduct.

Thus is what peaked my interest in passive investing as an alternative income stream to supplement what I earn now.

We own a rental property in Paonia, CO and are closing on our second property in Hinesville, GA which we will use as our residence with the eventual aim to turn it into a rental as well.

I, for some reason, have aimed for 5 BD houses that folks would want to throw a wedding reception in, up in the hills, out of town, with nature and views and walks.
