One thing lead to another we start to study, look for opportunity to invest in real estate and so here I am.Our goal is to buy and hold in the long run.Right now our focus is in wholesale, flipping and learn more about the industry.

I suggest loud after 11pm is not acceptable, one local town says midnight but they will enforce at 12:01  for students.

I originally listed it $20,000 below my realtors suggestion and had very few lookers.

Others may have other suggestions and experience. 

I am open to any suggestions.
