I am new so finding good deals I can participate in right now is pretty tough. 

Gabriel's of Brighton was purchased and the developers "plan" to build affordable housing for the very large student population.  

I'm currently a college student with another year and a half to go, and I'm studying finance.

Showed student loans were in dispute (do not know how) and they had to wait 7 days to re-pull score.

Personally, I'm curious whether you have a property lined up for this and any details on the financing... are you expecting the 'students' to participate in the financial weight and benefit or just looking for hands-on flippers to mentor?

I am a twenty-one year old college student just trying to learn and absorb as much information here possible.
