I currently don’t have any properties at this moment but my ultimate goal is to retire early and enjoy life and live off my properties.

I still consider myself a newby in RE, just got interested in acquiring more properties recently maybe because I’m getting older and thinking about retirement:) Any advice will be much appreciated.

To your point I think it will make some rentals more stable, but especially when there is more than one person in the unit.

We had to raid college and retirement accounts to get it rebuilt, and lost 2 years of revenue.

There are plenty of other benefits, including perks for investors, ibuyer programs, team building, stock earning, healthcare, and even building a retirement plan - but I'm not going to bore you here!  

And, the temporary GA eviction ban will eventually run its course and landlords will be once again be able to enforce rent payment by their tenants.Plus, given the scarcity of affordable rental houses there even before the COVID-19 Crisis, and the continued strong demand for housing in Atlanta, I anticipate rents to remain stable, if not increase, in the Region.Valuations, on the other hand, are likely going to take a hit.
